Hi! I'm Chance - Team Leader of Gibbs Real Estate Group! I grew up on a farm in Olney, Texas but I've lived in Denton County since 2010. I moved here after graduating from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls and I love it! I represent clients all over – with buyers and sellers ranging from eastern and central DFW, down to Burleson, up to Denton, over to Wichita Falls, and even back to my hometown in Olney. I currently reside in Denton and aside from being in the top 500 real estate agents in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, I have been named a Top 3 finalist for Best Real Estate Agent in “Best of Denton” the past four years in a row. Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling with my wife, Sarah, working out, hanging out with friends and family, and producing independent horror films through my film company, Bar G Moving Pictures.
